Celery and Avocado Salad

This recipe is for a celery and avocado salad perfect for cholesterol. Serve it to your whole family, especially your husband and dad, you'll see they'll love it and it will also be good for their health.

  • Soak the raisins in a cup of tea water, they can also be done in sweet wine. Drain and dry.
  • Chop the celery and soak it in cold water for 1/2 hour. Drain it.
  • Peel and chop the apple. Add a little lemon juice to prevent it from browning.
  • Peel and chop the avocado (not too ripe, nor too green).
  • Mix everything together. Add a little salt and you can also add black pepper to taste.
