1/4 cups sesame seeds, toasted, for the vinaigrette
1/3 cups white vinegar, for the vinaigrette
salt, for the vinaigrette
pepper, for the vinaigrette
1/2 cups olive oil, for the vinaigrette
3 cups chard, only the leaves, washed and disinfected
1/2 cups chickpeas, cooked
1 cup bell pepper, cut into strips (green, yellow, red)
1/2 cups red onion, in strips
1/4 cups radish, sliced
2 tablespoons sunflower seeds, toasted

For the vinaigrette: Blend the toasted sesame seeds with white vinegar, enough salt and pepper, and olive oil until completely combined. Set aside.
Chop the chard leaves, add the chickpeas, colorful bell peppers, red onion, and radishes in a bowl or salad bowl and mix evenly.
Serve the chard salad, add the toasted sunflower seeds, and accompany with sesame vinaigrette.
