Chicken, Pumpkin and Watercress Salad

This rich salad is ideal for moms who have babies from 0 to 6 months, since through milk they transmit nutrients to their baby that benefit the skin and reduce neonatal acne.

  • 1/2 chicken breasts, skinless or boneless, cut into strips
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 pumpkin, washed and sanitized
  • 1 pinch salt

  • 1 cup watercress
  • 1 peach, washed and sanitized, sliced
  • 2/3 cups olive oil, for the vinaigrette
  • 1/4 cups balsamic vinegar, for the vinaigrette

  • 1 pinch salt, for the vinaigrette

  • Season the chicken strips and fry in a frying pan over medium heat with oil. Booking.
