Chicken Salad with Pasta and Blueberries

  • 500 grams fusilli pasta
  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 4 carrots
  • 1/4 cabbages
  • 150 grams cranberries
  • 410 grams corn kernel
  • 1 onion
  • 20 grams dry chicken broth or bouillon
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 sprig thyme

  • Cook the pasta with half of the onion, chicken bouillon powder, bay leaf, and thyme.
  • Remove the pasta when it is al dente and place it under cold water.
  • Cook the breast and the carrot. Once the chicken is cooked, remove it and shred it into large pieces.
  • Cut the cabbage into thin strips and disinfect it.
  • Mix the pasta, cabbage, chicken, carrot, corn kernels, blueberries to taste, and a pinch of salt. Combine everything.
