Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and fry them in a pan with a few drops of olive oil. Once the chicken is cooked, cut it into pieces.
Grill the peaches for better flavor (optional); you can do this on a grill or with a grill pan.
In a mold, place the lettuce, sliced strawberries, diced peaches, walnuts to taste, halved strawberries, and sliced goat cheese. On top, arrange the chicken pieces.
For the dressing, in a blender, combine the chipotle peppers and blackberry jam. The amount of jam is to taste, depending on how spicy you like the dressing.
Add the dressing to the salad and it’s ready to enjoy.
