4 cups arugula, washed and dried
1 avocado, cut into slices
1 chicken breast
salt , to taste
pepper, to taste
dressing, of your choice

Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper, cook with a little olive oil.
Cut the chicken breast into strips.
Mix arugula, avocado, and dressing in a salad bowl (reserve some avocado for decoration).
Serve on plates and decorate with the strips of chicken and the avocado you reserved.
