Avocado and Chicken Salad

  • 1 avocado, cut into slices
  • 1 chicken breast
  • salt , to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • dressing, of your choice

  • Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper, cook with a little olive oil.
  • Cut the chicken breast into strips.
  • Mix arugula, avocado, and dressing in a salad bowl (reserve some avocado for decoration).
  • Serve on plates and decorate with the strips of chicken and the avocado you reserved.
