Avocado, Cheese, and Chicken Tower

  • 1 chicken breast, flattened
  • table salt
  • black pepper
  • cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chives, chopped

  • balsamic vinegar
  • lime juice
  • 2 red beefsteak tomatoes, sliced
  • 6 slices panela cheese, approximately 2 cm.
  • 3 Avocados from México, ripe but firm
  • basil
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • black pepper powder
  • chives, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • paprika
  • green onion

  • Season the chicken with both peppers.
  • Add chopped green onion.
  • Cook with a little oil and cut into cubes.
  • Mix mayonnaise, milk, green onion, basil, mustard, paprika, onion in a bowl and season; it should be a pasty mixture.
  • Mix with the cooked breast.
  • Slice the avocados into circles without the pit, as well as the tomatoes into slices and the cheese to the same size.
