1 chicken breast, flattened

6 slices panela cheese, approximately 2 cm.
3 Avocados from México, ripe but firm
basil
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
black pepper powder

1 tablespoon mustard
paprika
green onion

Season the chicken with both peppers.
Add chopped green onion.
Cook with a little oil and cut into cubes.
Mix mayonnaise, milk, green onion, basil, mustard, paprika, onion in a bowl and season; it should be a pasty mixture.
Mix with the cooked breast.
Slice the avocados into circles without the pit, as well as the tomatoes into slices and the cheese to the same size.
Place a base of tomato, then avocado, cheese, chicken, and repeat the process to create a tower.
Drizzle with oil, vinegar, pepper, and garnish with basil.
