1 chicken breast, cut into strips

ground garlic, to taste
100 grams asparagus
80 grams blue cheese
500 grams lettuce
vegetable oil

Steam the asparagus. Once ready, place them in cold water.
Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. In a pan with a little oil, cook the chicken.
Mix the cheese with the lettuce, reserving some.
Serve lettuce on a plate and garnish with chicken, asparagus, and the cheese you reserved.
