  • 1 chicken breast, cut into strips

  • ground garlic, to taste
  • 100 grams asparagus
  • 80 grams blue cheese
  • 500 grams lettuce
  • vegetable oil

  • Steam the asparagus. Once ready, place them in cold water.
  • Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. In a pan with a little oil, cook the chicken.
  • Mix the cheese with the lettuce, reserving some.
  • Serve lettuce on a plate and garnish with chicken, asparagus, and the cheese you reserved.
