Chicken Avocado Salad

A delicious version of the classic chicken salad with avocado, served on ciabatta bread.

  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1/4 celeries, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups mayonnaise
  • 2 lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped

  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and grill until the chicken is fully cooked. Cut into small cubes.
  • Mix the chicken with the avocado, onion, celery, and cilantro.
  • Add mayonnaise and lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Slice the bread and toast it.
  • Serve the salad on the ciabatta bread.
