Chicken Breast Salad

I present to you a dish that is rich in protein and antioxidants, and most importantly, it is very tasty. I prepare the chicken salad on gym days, as I crave something healthy and delicious.

  • 1 bunch spinach
  • 1 bunch baby arugula, kale
  • cranberries, to taste
  • salt , to taste
  • olive oil , to taste
  • pepper, to taste

  • Cook the chicken breast with salt and pepper.
  • Cut the green leaves and place them in a bowl.
  • Add blueberries and chicken, then drizzle with olive oil, and serve.
