  • 4 cups lettuce, washed and dried
  • 1 avocado, sliced ​​party
  • 2 chicken breasts

  • dressing, the one of your choice
  • 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup panko
  • 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated

  • Open the chicken breast by cutting it in half. Salpimenta.
  • On one plate put the flour, on another the beaten egg lightly and on another the panko with the parmesan cheese.
  • Pass the breasts first by flour, then by the egg and then by the mixture of panko and parmesan.
  • Cook the chicken in a pan with olive oil. Once ready, cut the chicken breasts into strips.
  • Mix the lettuce, avocado and dressing in a salad bowl (reserve a bit of avocado and apple to decorate).
