The chicken salad is delicious for any day, in this recipe we prepare the chicken with a crunchy crust to make it more appetizing, it tastes delicious!

4 cups lettuce, washed and dried
1 avocado, sliced party
2 chicken breasts
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
dressing, the one of your choice
1/4 cups flour
1 egg
1 cup panko
1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
olive oil

Open the chicken breast by cutting it in half. Salpimenta.
On one plate put the flour, on another the beaten egg lightly and on another the panko with the parmesan cheese.
Pass the breasts first by flour, then by the egg and then by the mixture of panko and parmesan.
Cook the chicken in a pan with olive oil. Once ready, cut the chicken breasts into strips.
Mix the lettuce, avocado and dressing in a salad bowl (reserve a bit of avocado and apple to decorate).
Serve on the plates and decorate with the chicken strips and the avocado that you reserved.
