1 apple, sliced thin
2 chicken breasts
salt , to taste
pepper, to taste
dressing, of your choice
1 orange, in supremes
1 pear, sliced thin
1/2 cups nut
olive oil

Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper and cook it with a little olive oil.
Once ready, cut the breasts into strips.
Mix in a salad bowl the lettuce, the fruits, and your favorite dressing.
Serve on plates and garnish with the strips of chicken and the nuts.
