  • 1 chicken breast , cooked and shredded
  • 1 elbow pasta, cooked
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 canned peas, drained
  • 2 potatoes
  • 20 grams Jalapeño chile, to taste
  • 30 grams celery
  • 20 grams mayonnaise, to taste
  • 20 grams sour cream , to taste

  • Place the chicken and pasta in a bowl or container.
  • Boil the potatoes with a little salt, let them cool and chop into squares.
  • Grate the carrot and finely chop the celery and jalapeño, add them along with the peas to the bowl.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and stir to combine everything well.
