  • 1 cup cherry tomato, colorful, whole and halved
  • 1/4 cups dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cups orange, in segments
  • 1/4 cups dried cranberries
  • 1 avocado, in slices

  • In a bowl, mix the chicken with celery, corn kernels, red onion, radish, parsley, yogurt, sour cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, curry, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the chicken salad on a plate forming a circle. Cover with cling film and, using your hands, shape it into a ring, remove the film, and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  • Once the salad is cold, remove from the refrigerator and top with the contents of the Beet Essence salad bag by Eva®, reserving the vinaigrette. Decorate with tomatoes, blueberries, orange segments, avocado, and parsley.
  • Serve and accompany with the rosé vinaigrette.
