250 grams spinach, chopped into medium pieces
1 red bell pepper, in julianas
2 teaspoons olive oil
250 grams cranberries
1 chicken breast, in steaks
1 onion, sliced
1/2 cups lime juice
2 cucumbers, sliced

In a bowl place the vegetable oil with salt and pepper. The fillets of chicken breast are dipped in the mixture and then covered with ground bread.
In a frying pan with oil fry the fillets until light brown.
In a bowl the spinach, the pepper, the cranberries, the onion and the cucumber are perfectly stirred.
The fillets are cut into pieces and incorporated into the salad. The lemon juice and the olive oil are added, incorporating completely.
