Spinach and Chicken Salad

  • 250 grams spinach, chopped into medium pieces
  • 1 red bell pepper, in julianas
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 250 grams cranberries
  • 1 chicken breast, in steaks
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cups lime juice
  • 2 cucumbers, sliced
  • vegetable oil
  • breadcrumbs
  • salt
  • pepper, to taste

  • In a bowl place the vegetable oil with salt and pepper. The fillets of chicken breast are dipped in the mixture and then covered with ground bread.
  • In a frying pan with oil fry the fillets until light brown.
  • In a bowl the spinach, the pepper, the cranberries, the onion and the cucumber are perfectly stirred.
  • The fillets are cut into pieces and incorporated into the salad. The lemon juice and the olive oil are added, incorporating completely.
