1 cup Oikos® greek style yogurt
1/2 cups mayonnaise
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon lime juice
salt and pepper
2 cups chicken, cooked and chopped, cold
1 green apple, sliced
2/3 cups purple grapes, seedless and quartered
1/2 cups celery, in cubes
4 cups lettuce mix
1/3 cups candied pecans
100 grams roquefort cheese

In a bowl, mix all the salad ingredients and serve on a plate.
In a small bowl, mix the Oikos Greek Yogurt and mayonnaise.
Add the red wine vinegar and lemon juice.
Incorporate the blue cheese, season with salt and pepper.
Pour over the salad.
