Waldorf Salad with Blue Cheese Yogurt Dressing

  • 1 cup Oikos® greek style yogurt
  • 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 cups chicken, cooked and chopped, cold
  • 1 green apple, sliced
  • 2/3 cups purple grapes, seedless and quartered
  • 1/2 cups celery, in cubes
  • 4 cups lettuce mix
  • 1/3 cups candied pecans
  • 100 grams roquefort cheese

  • In a bowl, mix all the salad ingredients and serve on a plate.
  • In a small bowl, mix the Oikos Greek Yogurt and mayonnaise.
  • Add the red wine vinegar and lemon juice.
