Christmas Apple Salad

  • 5 red apples, thinly sliced
  • 500 grams turkey breast, cooked, diced
  • 200 milliliters sour cream, tangy
  • 250 grams panela cheese, medium diced
  • 10 leaves lettuce, the one you prefer
  • 20 grams mustard, whole grain
  • 30 milliliters extra virgin olive oil
  • 15 milliliters white vinegar
  • 3 grams salt
  • 1 gram pepper, ground

  • Mix all the salad ingredients in a bowl, try not to stir the preparation too much.
