Slice the cucumber into thin rounds and arrange them on a platter in the shape of a tree, slightly overlapping each other.
Cut jicama into thin strips and place them on top of the cucumber to simulate garlands.
Using a small star cutter, cut out carrots and place them on top of the cucumber to simulate ornaments along with cranberries.
Slice the jicama and apple into thick slices. With a star cutter, cut out 5 stars to simulate the top and a starry sky.
To make the gifts, cut jicama and carrot into cubes, using the cucumber and apple peels to cut small pieces and fold them to form bows for the gifts.
Finish by sprinkling shredded coconut all over the tree to simulate snow. You can be as creative as you want to decorate your tree.
Add the children's favorite dressing to enjoy this delicious and fresh Christmas salad.
