  • 1 teaspoon rosemary, for baking the Twilights®
  • 1 teaspoon thyme, for baking the Twilights®
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt , for baking the Twilights®
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder, for baking the Twilights®
  • 1 cup rainbow chard, chopped
  • 1/2 cups pomegranate
  • 1 cup tangerine , in supremes
  • 2 oranges, in supremes
  • 2 grapefruits , in supremes
  • 1 cup feta cheese , in cubes
  • 1/2 cups olive oil , for the vinaigrette
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, for the vinaigrette
  • 1/4 cups nut , toasted and chopped, for the vinaigrette
  • 1/4 cups almonds, toasted and chopped, for the vinaigrette
  • 2 tablespoons honey, for the vinaigrette

  • Add the Twilights® to a baking sheet and drizzle with oil, rosemary, thyme, garlic salt, and onion powder. Bake at 180 °C for 6 minutes. Set aside.
  • Arrange the rainbow chard and pomegranate in a salad bowl. Mix and add the orange, mandarin, and grapefruit supremes along with the baked Twilights® and feta cheese.
  • Mix the vinegar, honey, oil, walnut, and almonds. Use a balloon whisk until emulsified.
  • Serve and drizzle with the walnut and almond vinaigrette.
