1 clove garlic, chopped
2/3 cups olive oil
1/3 cups balsamic vinegar
1/3 red onions, filleted
2 tablespoons table salt
1 teaspoon black pepper powder
1 stick cinnamon
1 boneless chicken breast, no skin
2 tablespoons table salt
1 teaspoon fine ground pepper
1 cup cherry tomato
4 leaves lettuce, mixed
1 cup broccoli, steamed
1 cup zucchini, raw in thick slices
1/2 cups toasted peanuts

Vinaigrette: Whisk together in a small bowl the following ingredients (garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, red onion, salt, pepper, cinnamon.)
Season the breast with salt and pepper.
Cook with a little olive oil.
Cut into strips and set aside.
Salad: Mix the vegetables and lettuce in a large bowl.
Add the vinaigrette. Mix well. And place the chicken strips.
Just before serving, add the peanuts and garnish with cilantro.
