This corn salad is my family's favorite; it's super easy to make and has a spectacular flavor.

1 romaine lettuce
1/2 cups olive oil
1/8 cups vinegar
salt
pepper
1 can baby corn, for dressing
Preparation

Wash the lettuce, drain the water, and dry it.
Whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Cut the corn in half.
Separate the lettuce leaves and mix with the corn.
Pour the olive oil dressing over, and toss.
Serve immediately.
