150 grams alfalfa sprouts
150 grams plain yogurt
1/2 cups port wine
1 clove garlic, mashed
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon cilantro seeds, ground
150 grams almonds
1 pinch salt , to taste

Peel the cucumbers and cut them into four parts, remove the seeds and slice them into thick rings, add a little salt and set aside.
Mix the yogurt with the port, garlic, sesame seeds, and cilantro seeds. Season with salt and sauce
Place the sugar in a small saucepan with two tablespoons of water, when it begins to caramelize, add the almonds.
Reduce the heat and, stirring continuously, allow the sugar to melt again until you achieve a slightly golden color. Remove from heat and let cool.
Serve the cucumber rings and peaches with the yogurt sauce, and sprinkle the caramelized almonds on top.
