  • 3/4 cups dressing, for low-fat salad or mayonnaise (for dressing)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar, (for the dressing)
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar, (for the dressing)
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt, seasoned (for the dressing)
  • 1/2 teaspoons celery, celery seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoons pepper, freshly ground
  • 6 cups cabbage, or shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup carrot, or shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cups green onion, grated (2 medium)
  • 1 cup zucchini, chopped

  • In a large bowl, mix the dressing ingredients very well.
  • Add salad ingredients; shake the bowl to mix everything together. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
