  • 1 lettuce, clean and disinfected
  • 3 tablespoons mustard
  • 1/2 cups white vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, roasted
  • salt and pepper
  • 150 milliliters soy sauce
  • 1/2 cups extra virgin olive oil
  • italian seasoning
  • 50 grams alfalfa sprouts, clean and disinfected
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 can heart of palm, sliced
  • 1 cup croutons, diced and toasted
  • 1 cup mango, sliced
  • 1 cup candied sesame seeds
  • avocado, to accompany

  • Wash and disinfect all the vegetables well.
  • Blend the mustard, roasted garlic, salt, pepper to taste, soy sauce, white vinegar, olive oil, and Italian herbs.
  • Place the lettuce, mango slices, cucumber slices, sliced hearts of palm, avocado, alfalfa sprouts, croutons, and candied sesame on a plate.
  • Pour the dressing over the mango salad and serve.
