Easy Waldorf Salad

This delicious salad is ideal for these times, do not forget to make this traditional recipe full of flavor thanks to the rich combination of apple, walnut, celery and a rich cream.

  • 4 green apples
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cups celery
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cranberries
  • cranberries, fresh, to decorate
  • peppermint, to decorate

  • Remove the core of the apples and cut into slices with a Victorinox® knife, reserve in a bowl.
  • Finely chop the walnuts and celery with your Victorinox® knife.
  • Add the walnuts, celery, mayonnaise, cream and blueberries to the apples.
  • Mix the ingredients very well until they are well integrated.
  • Serve in a salad bowl and garnish with fresh blueberries and mint.
