1/4 tablespoons salt
16 fresh figs, cut into quarters
6 cups arugula, washed and sanitized
1/4 tablespoons black pepper
1/4 cups goat cheese

In a deep bowl, mix the garlic, vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Add the figs, cover, and let them marinate for 20 minutes at room temperature.
Add the lettuce and goat cheese and mix well.
