1 shallot, chopped
2/3 cups balsamic vinegar
1/3 cups vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
6 slices bacon, fried and chopped
1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 cup soybean sprout
1 cup spinach
1/2 cups alfalfa sprouts
12 plums, red, pitted
12 plums, yellow, pitted
1/3 cups almonds, whole
1/3 cups nut , chopped

Place the almonds in boiling water.
Soak them for a few minutes and then peel them.
Mix the vinaigrette ingredients and set aside.
Place the sprouts and spinach in a bowl and mix with the vinaigrette.
Add the plums and the different nuts on top.
