This is a very fresh and healthy salad to accompany any dish. Prepare it and enjoy the great flavor that the pear adds to this salad.

2 pears
1 cup feta cheese
1 lime, for the dressing
4 tablespoons olive oil, for the dressing

Wash and slice the pears into wedges.
In a bowl, place the arugula, pears, and crumble the feta cheese.
Add the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Mix well and serve.
