  • 1 cup light yogurt, natural
  • 1/3 cups brown sugar
  • 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • juice, from 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon powder
  • 2 green apples, diced
  • 2 red apples, diced
  • 1 pear, diced
  • 1 celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cups almonds, sliced
  • 1/2 cups walnuts, finely chopped
  • 2 cups green seedless grapes

  • In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients to make the dressing: Yogurt, Sugar, Mayonnaise, Lemon juice, Cinnamon. Then place it in the refrigerator while you make the salad.
  • Once you have all the fruits chopped in a larger bowl, pour in all the dressing and mix it.
