Grilled Pineapple Salad

A delicious Grilled Pineapple Salad for a barbecue or for a day when you want to prepare something completely different.

  • 1 pineapple, sweet
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 200 grams spinach, washed
  • 1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 2 radishes, sliced
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

  • Peel the pineapple and cut it into 2 cm slices, brush the pineapple with sesame oil.
  • Grill or preheat the oven to 180C and place aluminum foil on a baking sheet, then lay the pineapple slices on top. Brown for 12 to 15 minutes, flipping when they are ready on each side.
  • Mix honey, lemon juice, mustard, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix the radishes and spinach, place the grilled pineapple slices on top, and drizzle with the mustard dressing.
