Peel the pineapple and cut it into 2 cm slices, brush the pineapple with sesame oil.
Grill or preheat the oven to 180C and place aluminum foil on a baking sheet, then lay the pineapple slices on top. Brown for 12 to 15 minutes, flipping when they are ready on each side.
Mix honey, lemon juice, mustard, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Mix the radishes and spinach, place the grilled pineapple slices on top, and drizzle with the mustard dressing.
