2 green apples
1/2 Romaine lettuces
1/2 cups pomegranate
1 mango
1 lime, the juice
salt, to taste

Grate the carrot, dice the apples, and the mango peel and clean half a cup of pomegranate, cut the lettuce into large pieces.
In a bowl, place all the ingredients, mix to combine, add the lemon juice and salt to taste.
Refrigerate for one hour and serve as a salad or side dish.
