  • 1 carrot
  • 2 green apples
  • 1/2 Romaine lettuces
  • 1/2 cups pomegranate
  • 1 mango
  • 1 lime, the juice
  • salt, to taste

  • Grate the carrot, dice the apples, and the mango peel and clean half a cup of pomegranate, cut the lettuce into large pieces.
  • In a bowl, place all the ingredients, mix to combine, add the lemon juice and salt to taste.
  • Refrigerate for one hour and serve as a salad or side dish.
