Salad with Dried Cranberries

A delicious salad made with spinach and cranberries. You can prepare this easy recipe any day of the week, and your family will love it.

  • 2 bunches spinach
  • 50 grams peanuts, natural
  • 50 grams cranberries
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 pinches mint leaf , dehydrated
  • saltine crackers, to accompany

  • Wash and disinfect the spinach thoroughly with drops of chlorine or iodine (follow the instructions of the product you purchased).
  • While waiting for the spinach to disinfect, place the olive oil, honey, and mint in a medium-sized container with a lid. Mix well.
  • Meanwhile, roughly chop the peanuts and cranberries. Set aside.
  • Drain and roughly chop the spinach with your hands.
  • Mix the ingredients.
