2 stems celery
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
300 grams spinach
4 slices canned pineapple
1 cucumber
1 cup yogurt
6 leaves mint leaf
1 apple

Cut the celery into half-moons.
Toast the sesame seeds.
Twist the spinach and cut the pineapple into cubes.
Cut the surimi into cubes.
Grate the cucumber, mix with the yogurt, and add the chopped mint leaves.
Season with a little salt and pepper.
Cut the apples into half-moons and mix with the surimi, spinach, celery, and pineapple.
Serve the salad and drizzle the cucumber yogurt dressing on top.
Finally, sprinkle sesame seeds.
