Prepare this original and refreshing cucumber and feta salad served in cups made of natural watermelon. It is super refreshing, as it has a touch of mint and is served with a little red wine vinegar. Delicious!
Cut watermelon cubes of approximately 10x10 cm. Remove the seeds and, using a round cookie cutter, shape the cubes into circles.
With the help of a parisienne spoon, hollow out the watermelon pieces to simulate small cups, being careful not to reach the bottom.
Cut the excess watermelon into cubes and mix in a bowl with the cucumber, feta cheese, and mint. Set aside.
In a small bowl, mix the red wine vinegar with the salt, pepper, and chili seeds. Emulsify with the olive oil and add to the salad bowl. Mix very well.
Serve the salad inside the watermelon cups and enjoy.
