Delicious and nutritious combination of fruits and spinach sweetening a tasty pasta and tuna salad. It's ideal to make it a day ahead and take it to work.
To cook the pasta, bring water to a boil, add the tablespoon of oil, the medium piece of onion, salt to taste, and the garlic clove. Once the water boils, add the 4 cups of La Moderna® pasta and let it cook for 10 to 15 minutes until al dente. Once the pasta is al dente, drain it and set aside
To make the salad dressing, mix the cream, adding the mayonnaise, the mustard, and stir until you have a smooth mixture. If you like a peppery flavor, you can add a pinch to the mixture.
Chop the peach, apple, jalapeño, and spinach into small pieces.
Mix the cream with the previously drained tuna and add the fruit, jalapeño, and spinach to make the salad (you can also use fresh tuna cut into small pieces).
Once you have this mixture ready, add the pasta and stir gently. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
