Goat Cheese Salad with Candied Nuts

This recipe is very easy to make and all your guests will love it.

  • 1 bag arugula, (approx. 4 cups)
  • 1 bag spinach, (approx. 4 cups)
  • 1 cup candied pecans
  • 1 package goat cheese, arugula
  • 2 pears

  • Slice the pears into wedges and set aside.
  • Slice the goat cheese and set aside.
  • In a bowl, add the arugula and spinach, then add the pear wedges and slices of goat cheese.
  • Stir everything together with the candied nuts.
  • Add a honey mustard dressing and enjoy.
