This salad is very original thanks to the lightly cooked green beans and radishes.

6 cups arugula
1 fennel, julienned
2 cups green beans, cut into pieces
6 radishes, sliced
1/2 cups olive oil
1/2 cups Parmesan cheese
1/4 cups sour cream
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
pepper , to taste

Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a pot. Once boiling, cook the green beans for 2 minutes, remove from the water, and place in ice.
In a large bowl, combine the lettuces with the green beans, fennel, and radishes.
In another bowl, mix the vinaigrette (olive oil, Parmesan cheese, cream, vinegar, salt, and pepper).
Pour the dressing over the salad, mix well, and serve.
