Green Rice Salad

  • 1 envelope Knorr® green rice with corn
  • 1 3/4 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cups carrot, peeled and grated
  • 5 leaves red sangria lettuce
  • 1 cup green beans, clean and bleached
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

  • Prepare the Knorr® Green Rice with Elotes by following the package instructions. Chill
  • Split the lettuce with your hand into small pieces. Cut the green beans into three and mix them in a bowl with the cucumber, vinegar, lettuce and carrot.
  • Serve the vegetables in four portions and on them a portion of rice. It can be mixed if desired.
