Green Rice Salad

This salad made with green beans, carrot, cucumber, and lettuce is something out of the ordinary since it also includes green rice with corn. This makes it delicious and irresistible. Break paradigms and try this green rice salad; you will love it.

  • 1 envelope Knorr® green rice with corn
  • 1 3/4 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1/2 cups carrot , peeled and grated
  • 5 leaves red sangria lettuce
  • 1 cup green beans, cleaned and blanched
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

  • Prepare the Knorr® Green Rice with Corn following the instructions on the package. Chill.
  • Tear the lettuce by hand into small pieces. Cut the green beans into thirds and mix them in a bowl with the cucumber, vinegar, lettuce, and carrot.
  • Serve the vegetables in four portions and top each with a portion of rice. It can be mixed if desired.
