  • 1 boneless chicken breast
  • 2 green apples
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cups alfalfa sprouts
  • 3 zucchinis
  • 2 romaine lettuces
  • 1/2 cups white pine nuts
  • 2 avocados
  • 1/4 cups honey
  • 1/2 cups mustard, American
  • 4 teaspoons seasoning sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar

  • For the marinade, mix honey, mustard, finely chopped garlic, and seasoning sauce.
  • Cut the chicken breast into strips and then into medium cubes, marinating it in the previous preparation. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
  • Tear the lettuce by hand to avoid oxidation and place it in a salad bowl, add the spinach.
  • Remove the core from the apple, cut it into thin wedges, and add it to the salad bowl.
  • Cut the pumpkin into medium cubes and incorporate it into the salad bowl.
  • Remove the skin from the avocado and slice it thinly, then add it to the salad bowl.
  • Add sprouts and pine nuts.
  • Preheat the grill or pan with a little oil and seal the chicken breast, cooking until fully cooked.
  • For the vinaigrette, add vinegar, olive oil, pepper, salt, garlic puree, and thyme leaves to a bowl. Mix well.
