Green Tuna Salad

Easy and refreshing salad to share. A mix of tuna in water with a mix of vegetables dressed with a bit of mayonnaise. This is a very viable and quick option for a complete meal.

  • 3 canned tuna, in water
  • 2 cans mixed vegetables
  • 1/2 cups low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/2 romaine lettuces

  • Separate the lettuce leaves and disinfect them.
  • Drain the water from the tuna cans and empty into a large bowl.
  • Add the light mayonnaise and mix with the tuna.
  • Drain the excess water from the vegetable cans and incorporate them into the bowl with the tuna.
  • Drain and lightly dry the lettuce, chop it finely, and add it to the tuna bowl.
  • Mix all the ingredients until everything is incorporated.
