1/2 boneless chicken breasts, roasted in large cubes
200 grams deli ham
sparkling water, oil, as needed
6 eggs
1 cup fresh cilantro, disinfected
2/3 cups olive oil
1/3 cups apple cider vinegar
1 clove garlic
sugar , brown sugar to taste
salt , to taste
lettuce, different types
vinaigrette, of cilantro
cherry tomatoes , to taste
panela cheese, in cubes to taste

Cut the roasted chicken and ham into medium cubes. Separate both ingredients.
Boil the eggs by placing them in cold water and then bringing them to a boil.
For the vinaigrette, blend the cilantro leaves, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic, brown sugar, and salt.
For the salad, place different types of disinfected and chopped lettuces in a bowl, add the cilantro vinaigrette, and mix.
Finally, pour the cilantro vinaigrette over the chicken and ham. Mix and serve alongside the salad.
Add cherry tomatoes, diced panela cheese, chopped boiled egg, and finally, drizzle with the vinaigrette.
