Hot spinach and artichoke cups

This recipe is a dish of delicious hot spinach and artichoke cups. More than anything, this dish is perfect for a snack during a family or friends' event.

  • 24 sheets wonton wrapper
  • 1 can artichoke heart, drained, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 package spinach, frozen chopped, thawed and well squeezed
  • 1/3 cups mayonnaise, with reduced-fat olive oil
  • 1/3 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cups red bell pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, well chopped

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  • Place 1 won ton wrapper in each of 24 small muffin cups, sprayed with cooking spray; let the edges of the wrappers extend over the top of the cup.
  • Bake for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, mix the remaining ingredients.
  • Put the artichoke mixture into the won ton cups.
  • Bake the cups for 12 to 14 minutes or until the filling is completely hot and the edges of the cups are golden.
