24 sheets wonton wrapper
1 can artichoke heart, drained, finely chopped
1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 package spinach, frozen chopped, thawed and well squeezed
1/3 cups mayonnaise, with reduced-fat olive oil
1/3 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 cups red bell pepper
2 cloves garlic, well chopped

Preheat the oven to 350 F.
Place 1 won ton wrapper in each of 24 small muffin cups, sprayed with cooking spray; let the edges of the wrappers extend over the top of the cup.
Bake for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, mix the remaining ingredients.
Put the artichoke mixture into the won ton cups.
Bake the cups for 12 to 14 minutes or until the filling is completely hot and the edges of the cups are golden.
