KFC-Style Coleslaw

  • 1/4 pieces white cabbage
  • 3 carrots, without peel
  • 1/4 onions
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice, without seeds
  • 3/4 cups plain yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 cups mayonnaise, without lemon
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • salt
  • pepper
  • fried chicken, for serving

  • Grate the white cabbage using a cheese grater, then do the same with the carrot and place both in a bowl.
  • Finely chop the onion and add it to the bowl with the cabbage and carrot.
  • Add the lemon juice, natural yogurt, milk, mayonnaise, white vinegar, sugar, and season with salt and pepper. Mix until you achieve a homogeneous mixture. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
  • Serve the KFC-style coleslaw with fried chicken and mashed potatoes.
