Mix the spinach, mango, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and avocado. Set aside.
Mix the red wine vinegar with the lemon juice in a bowl, gradually add the Extra Virgin Olive Oil Oli® while whisking continuously. Then, add the oregano, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
Serve the mango avocado salad in a serving bowl, add the goat cheese and almonds, and drizzle with the vinaigrette.
