Meatball Salad

This meatball salad is a very complete option, as it contains all food groups, making it a complete dish composed of pasta, beef, vegetables, and the special touch of Eva®. This salad is easy to prepare, different, and an excellent option to share

  • 3 cups screw pasta, cooked and cold
  • 1/2 cups tomato purée, concentrated
  • 1/2 cups sour cream, thick
  • 1/4 cups mayonnaise
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 cups meatball, mini beef, already cooked
  • 1 Italian Lettuce Eva®
  • 1 cup cherry tomato, cut into quarters
  • 1/2 cups basil
  • 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, sliced
  • olive oil, for accompaniment

  • Mix the tomato puree with the sour cream, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper, then add the cooked pasta and mix thoroughly until combined. Set aside.
  • Serve the Eva® Italian lettuce, the prepared pasta, the mini meatballs, and the cherry tomatoes on a platter.
  • Garnish the meatball salad with basil, parmesan cheese, and accompany with olive oil.
