Mint, Goat Cheese and Cherry Tomato Salad

This salad is super rich and very fresh. Ideal to accompany any grilled meat or chicken.

  • 1 bunch peppermint
  • 100 grams cherry tomato
  • 1 package goat cheese
  • olive oil
  • salt

  • Remove the leaves from the mint and reserve. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Cut the goat cheese into slices.
  • Mix the mint, tomatoes and cheese in a salad bowl. Add salt and olive oil to taste.
