100 grams cherry tomato
1 package goat cheese
olive oil

Remove the leaves from the mint and reserve. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Cut the goat cheese into slices.
Mix the mint, tomatoes and cheese in a salad bowl. Add salt and olive oil to taste.
