200 grams button mushrooms
4 cups mixed lettuce, disinfected and chopped
2 limes
1 tablespoon green onion, chopped
olive oil
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon tarragon, chopped
table salt, to taste
black pepper powder, to taste

Wash the mushrooms very well and cut them into slices.
Place the slices of the mushrooms on a plate. Add the lettuce.
Prepare the dressing.
Mix the oil, lemon, chives, parsley, tarragon, salt and pepper.
Pour over the mushrooms.
