Mushroom Salad

  • 200 grams button mushrooms
  • 4 cups mixed lettuce, disinfected and chopped
  • 2 limes
  • 1 tablespoon green onion, chopped
  • olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon tarragon, chopped
  • table salt, to taste
  • black pepper powder, to taste

  • Wash the mushrooms very well and cut them into slices.
  • Place the slices of the mushrooms on a plate. Add the lettuce.
  • Prepare the dressing.
  • Mix the oil, lemon, chives, parsley, tarragon, salt and pepper.
  • Pour over the mushrooms.
