1/3 bunches fresh cilantro
1 dash olive oil
1 tomato
1/2 onions
1 pinch chile flakes

Chop the nopalitos into small cubes and boil them in water for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, chop the onion, cilantro, and tomato.
In a pan, add a little oil and sauté the onion, wash the nopales to remove the slime, and add them to the pan with the chili flakes and salt.
Let the nopales cool and add a splash of olive oil.
Adjust the salt and serve.
