Fresh nopal salad, delicious and healthy, with a touch of spiciness.

  • 6 baby nopales
  • 1/3 bunches fresh cilantro
  • 1 dash olive oil
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1 pinch chile flakes

  • Chop the nopalitos into small cubes and boil them in water for 5 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, chop the onion, cilantro, and tomato.
  • In a pan, add a little oil and sauté the onion, wash the nopales to remove the slime, and add them to the pan with the chili flakes and salt.
  • Let the nopales cool and add a splash of olive oil.
  • Adjust the salt and serve.
