Paris Salad

This Paris salad is delicious and low in fat, a very tasty option if you want to take care of yourself. In addition to being very complete with all the vegetables it contains, it has the creamy part of the cheese and the spices of the vinaigrette are very easy to prepare.

  • 1 romaine lettuce
  • 1 bunch spinach, raw
  • 1 bunch arugula
  • 50 grams goat cheese, in cubes
  • 50 grams panela cheese , in cubes
  • 3 tomatoes, in cubes (without seeds)
  • 1/2 cups button mushrooms, in slices
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • salt , and pepper
  • 1/4 cups nut , chopped
  • 1 teaspoon oregano powder

  • Mix all the washed and disinfected vegetables in a salad bowl.
  • Add the cheeses and chopped walnuts.
  • For the vinaigrette, mix olive oil, vinegar, and oregano, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  • Serve with the dressing on the side. It should be mixed well just before serving.
