  • 140 grams chickpeas, cooked
  • 300 grams smoked ham, in thick slices
  • 250 grams cherry tomato

  • In two liters of boiling water, pour the contents of La Moderna® soup ammunition, let it cook for 9 to 11 minutes, and drain it. Place the La Moderna® pasta in cold water to stop the cooking and let it cool.
  • Disinfect all the vegetables before cutting.
  • Chop the fresh parsley and onion finely. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
  • Cut the ham into thick cubes and add it to the mixture of cherry tomatoes and parsley.
  • Add the cooked chickpeas; it is recommended to use canned ones for quicker preparation.
  • For the vinaigrette, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and rice vinegar.
